Overview:

We have said for months now that this middle school group ana our rising freshmen are not only going to great in state but going to do damage nationally. They have a proven track record, and it is our belief that Super 32 is no different. We don't cover a whole lot of middle school wrestling. However, Super 32, NHSCAs, NC USA Jr High States, 14u Duals and Kid's Nationals are the exception to that.

Most Likely to Place:
Mason Brown-When Mason makes his high school debut next year; it might be the most highly anticipated debut since Joe Sealey. He has placed high at all the top national tournaments including placing here a year ago. He is and has been ranked nationally for quite some time. Mason is not only a favorite to place, but he is also in the mix to win a title.
Benex Velasco-We were super impressed by this kid at NHSCAs, where his only loss was to fellow NC athlete, Bowen Lefler. Then he was a key performer on the 14u dual team. We feel as though he is right in the mix to perform well and place here.
Chase Janawsky-The future Hough athlete was super impressive at 14u duals. This kid is tough as nails, and this tournament is another data point to prove it.
Eli Taylor-We feel like we have been hearing rumblings about Eli for a long time. He is living up to every bit of the hype. He is exciting to watch and wrestles hard. He is a part of this crew that is going to do damage nationally. He proved he is that dude and then some at 14u duals.
Ethan Halstead-Ethan placed at the Super 32 Early Entry tournament........in the High School division! Yeah. He is a stud. His 14u duals performance was a very strong indicator that he will do well here.
William Moorhead-A kid's Nationals (Fargo for 14u kids) blood round finish and placing at Tulsa. That should be enough to tell you that he has the skills to place here at Super 32. He is a talent that is ready to showcase that in Greensboro.
Ones to watch:
Lukas Cala-This dude has been everywhere. All indications are showing that this kid is tough and is going to show out this weekend.

Bennet Myles-After an impressive performance at NC USA Junior High States, he has our attention, and we are watching.

Ben Ellison-Big Ben. We said in the thoughts and reactions article that after Super 32 he won't be James and Aaron's little brother after Super 32; he will just be Ben. This kid puts in the time, and it showed at 14u duals!
